Birthday party

I have graduate school students as my friends. They wanted to make a birthday party for their English professor in my home.

So I cooked brown rice sushi and all in one pot dish for 20 young students.
I love young people and I know they are always hungry.
We had pleasant time together, even their professor and me met at first time.

I will show you her "Thank you card" to me here.

Dear Keiko

After meeting you, and tasting your delicious food, I understand my students decision.
You are, without a doubt, one of the kindest, most generous and most spontaneous people I have ever met.
Thank you for sharing your home, your food, and your immediate love with me.

Your overwhelming generosity will last in my memory as one of the best birthday gifts I have ever received.
I am so glad to have met you and I look forward to our next opportunity to meet.

Fondly.

I love people, delicious food and wine.
These are my life with appreciation.

See you soon.
