Last week, I served my dishes for Japanese company's party.
Vice president (this company have 40,000 employees in Japan)visited L.A for junket.
American president entertained him and all directors to his house.
So, I used his mansion's kitchen and cooked all these dishes.
Everybody were so nervous at beginning of the party, but they relaxed after enjoying cold sakes.
And they started to eat my delicious food, they looks more more happy.
Whenever I saw my customers got happiness with my dishes, I feel strongly "My pleasure of this business"
I love to cook and do my best hospitality to my customers.
I opened my first restaurant when I was 24 years old.
Now I have over 30 years experience.
I love to eat any kind of delicious foods for myself.
Also I need good wine and cold sake for my life.
